SSO: Single Sign On has been enabled in Pentana allowing you direct access to Pentana without asking for login details using this link https://dumfries.pentanarpm.uk/cpmweb/login (or any other URL copied from within Pentana Browser). The Windows Menu app will still take you to the logon screen.

Pentana Risk, formerly known as Pentana Performance. (You will see very little change in practice, your login URL and the look and feel of the solution remains the same.)
DOWNTIME - no planned downtime
Pentana Browser is the version of the performance management system that should be used where possible - this will allow you to carry out your monthly updates and view performance information. Things you should know:
E-Learning training is currently not working due to Flash no longer being supported, please contact your Directorate Administrators in the first instance.
Once trained
· Current Users - can access Browser immediately
· New Users - you will receive a username and password soon after you have completed the training
Users who have forgotten their password - Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ Enter your email address. Pentana will send you an email to reset your password, however, if this is unsuccessful, email pentanasupport2@dumgal.gov.uk.
Unlock password - User passwords are case sensitive. Users logging in with the incorrect password 5 times in a row will have their account locked. Your account will unlock after 30 minutes.
